Kind of a minor update. Introduce a "--user-agent" parameter for PGP exchanges with key servers and sets the default user agent to "GnuPG/2.6". Various bug fixes.

We have dynamic captchas on dread. If the system thinks your activity is good enough to not need the captchas anymore, it doesn't show it anymore.

Not a bug. A feature.

No he's talking about the empty captcha bug, it regressed at some point, he is still seeing a captcha although isn't required to enter one anymore.
