He has had the same wicker account for years budexx and does direct deals to long time buyers which is what i was. He scammed be and then pretends to be under new ownership until he can get away with scamming the next person. DO NOT TRUST HIM

This vendor scammed me on Empire months ago. I also hear his stuff spans from mediocre to just really, really bad.

I wouldn't touch him with a laser pointer.

Yeah I bought from budex once on empire... never again. Shit looked amazing but was obviously cut to shit and sprayed with something to make it shine. nasal was completely clogged up after about 45 min of using. NEVER AGAIN
