On the main forum of Russia and CIS RuTOR monetized everything that can be monetized. As you can see on the screenshot, if you want a patch to your nickname - PAY FOR IT.
Obviously, the most expensive ones are “RuTOR recommends” and “exclusive”. The results of how much this helps with advertising are unknown even to the ad buyers.

Paying 1500 dollars a month to create a service to automate the sale of drugs (as Asteria) is not normal.
