SCAM ALERT bitcoin super buy .com : DarknetMarketsNoobs | Torhoo darknet markets

This is probably obvious to many of us here, but multiple alt accounts have been spamming links to “bitcoin super buy .com”.

This is a clear net site and appears to be a blatant attempt to scam new and naive Dread users. Avoid at all costs and report any posts/users promoting this website.

Known alts include https://torhoo.cc/go.php?u=TDNVdlUwTkJUVVpQVWxWTlFrRk9UVVZDVTBJPQ==#
and https://torhoo.cc/go.php?u=TDNVdlJrRkJRVlJCVEVsVVdRPT0=# plus many more I’m sure I’ve missed.

Some red flags for scams include things such as:
• Accusing other users of being paid to downvote/report spam posts
• Promoting .com clear net links
• Making unrealistic claims or offering products at prices that are too good to be true
• Accusing Dread users/moderators of being LE/FEDS/scammers/etc
• Sending private messages with links/offers for direct deals

Please be extremely cautious when viewing any promotional material on Dread. Use the search function to find actual user reviews for promoted sites/links/vendors and NEVER access clear net links promoted with .com domains

I'm so glad we Mods got nuclear deleting options for accounts now. It takes two clicks and the account's posts get deleted with the banning of the user. Total purge. If this guy put in the amount of work he is doing posting on Dread into his "market'" maybe he would really have something.

My recommendation for everyone who sees his posts is just to down vote and move on. Don't respond and don't give him the attention is obviously wants.

It’s fantastic to see his alt accounts and posts get deleted within minutes of being posted! I’ll always downvote, but should we also report them? Or does that just create extra clutter for you guys to sort through?

Well of course, but as long as there are people spamming links to sites like this guy I think it’s important to call them out and warn new users who haven’t been around long enough to recognize the scams. Ideally all orders will be through well known markets with escrow and other forms of buyer protection, but the anonymity and relatively difficult learning curve of bitcoin makes scamming easier than ever.
