Please learn to create better posts, Instead of saying:
"???SCAM OR DDOS???"
say something along the lines of:
"Has anyone heard about this market/vendor"
makes it more clear what is your question about.

As well as Distributed Denial of Service is not that radily accessible without the users IP address which is hidden by Tors Nodes, especially the Exit Nodes.
Also just stop using full caps, It will not draw more attention.
