Since the word RAT mean Remote Acces Trojan, I suppose you have the ability to send a file and make people download it, hook a browser session and so on?
Anyways, there are various pieces of software that can be used for such purpose, such as msfvenom, that yoou can install and use in a linux distro (maybe one designed for cybersecurity such as parrotOS or Kali Linux), obviously used with a strong encoder and you have to have a deep knowledge of the malware you are creating, because everyone does a specific task and achieves a goal in different ways (think about a reverse/tcp or reverse/http, they do the same in practice but in different ways, and to choose one rather than the other depends on the target), you would have to have a port tunneling tool in order to generate a reverse shell on your computer from as far as India, so you have to know how to setup one...(and that's just the start).
I would start by understanding the hardware and the OS used by these scammers, as the payload and your approach may change with them.
As for creating a RAT file, I would say study msfvenom and msfconsole, there are plenty of tutorial videos and tools on github that can generate undetectable payload if sided with a strong encoder, these I consider the easiest tools to learn, but that does not mean it is the EASY WAY ofc, because you have to study and be in fact able to understand what you are doing.
You could also study the beef framework as I would assume Indian scammers would be much more likely vulnerable to a hooked browser session (because making a victim download a file and so on is exactly their scheme), once you have a decent understanding of these simple tools, you can start from there, since there are many more complex and efficient ones, but that require much more skill.
The situation changes if you do not have any information, because you would have to obtain as many details as possible to forge your attack (open ports, software and versions used, OS, antivirus installed, firewall, names....and so on).
The very easy solution would be buying a so called 0-Day here on the dark web, but you have to spend a lot of money and also be sure not to be scammed.
Study study study, there is no easy way in hacking, and some would agree that creating a RAT that is fully undetectable is an ART: study, and you will have the skill of Michelangelo, don't and you'll end up as these modern artist that shit in a cup and say that is art...
