SCAMMER: https://torhoo.cc/go.php?u=TDNVdlptOXlaV2xuYm5NPQ==# : CafeDread | Torhoo darknet markets

So even the best of us who have been around the block get scammed.

https://torhoo.cc/go.php?u=TDNVdlptOXlaV2xuYm5NPQ==# offered Riseup invites. I had been looking for one recently since I lost access to a previous account. Sent DM, sent them payment, and then excuses and more excuses then radio silence for the past few days.

I knew better. I'm not pissed about the $75 more pissed at myself for falling for it:

Lessons:

1. Don't send anyone crypto without an established reputation on markets or through an established escrow service.
2. See #1.

PS: If an established user on here has an extra Riseup invite code they feel like parting with, throw me a bone, eh?
For you <3

But here's my question for you, right: How do I know that whole site isn't a scam? Where is all the Dread users vouching for you and the site who have used it successfully? I actually believe you and love the site. But it's fair questions. :)

Hello, I wanna stick to the theme, since we have users vouching for us, sending proofs and letting every mod testing our service for free, why am I still banned from fraud? You dmed me about this and said you'd fix it but in the end you didn't come back to me, keep in mind you can even ban me from this place I couldn't care less, it's just that I think it's not the right thing to do, I started to like this place.

PS: I'm sorry there are still people scamming for 75$, these are not even poor people, they prolly at their mom's house using her pc, they could make much more working a fucking 9/5

I can vouch for it, if you wanna test it out let me know. I'll update the fees to free.

We are quite new and that is why there aren't much users vouching for it. Also we aren't tagged in the bigger subs like our competitors. We are working on it!

Ouch! Well skipping the escrow was a bad move, you don't expect anybody running away with 75USD, but here they run away with 50 cent :/

You know what it was. Classic "in the moment" scam. I had been wanting one for a few months and saw their post. The rush in my head thinking someone could satisfy that need made me lose focus and stop and think. I wanted it NOW and escrow would take time. Look at all the people in real life getting scammed and that's the tell tale sign: urgency
I wouldn't ever admit to some dumb shit like that haha. I got one for $150, need my xmr address??

Almost didn't post but figured a bunch would read it and hopefully teach them (one can hope). Sure I will take it. I have an extra $2 around here somewhere, lol
I got one that beats yours I'm just too ashamed to admit it in public. It was pretty bad.

OH CMON. You can't leave us hanging like that. Pretty please? 🙏

(Oh we all have it. You don't get street cred without having a small handful of losses. I just wish people learn with $50 or $150 or whatever. Sadly, it usually take like $2k-3k or even five figures or something to really get it drilled into your head).
It's too embarrassing.

It doesn't really matter if someone has an established reputation or not. When I was on Dread for the first time (about 3 or 4 years ago) I was scammed by somebody with karma +100. And actually I trusted this person exactly because of his reputation even if after all what he was talking about was an obvious scam. On the other hand since then I've met on Dread many legit people who have literally 0 reputation and 0 karma and I made great business with them. The reputation is not about being legit or not. The reputation is just about spending time on Dread and interacting with community. There are scammers who spend time on Dread, interact with community and post shit that they know other people will like just to get positive karma as a part of strategy to get reputation and later use it to scam people. On the other hand, there are people who do legit business and they come to Dread just to look for partners and they don't have time to lose so they don't post anything on Dread and don't interact with community. With all my experience, reputation on Dread means literally nothing for me. If you don't want to be scammed just don't be stupid and use escrow.

Nice to see somebody telling the truth. By the way, one day my karma magically fell to -5 only because I got involved in a moral argument with an "established community member".

For what it's worth I have no idea how the Karma or score works. Just try to post positive stuff regularly seems to work.

I completely don't care about my karma and I really have other things to do rather that posting here regularly. The point is that this is exactly what rey is talking about and you confirmed it somehow. Reputation is important on Darknet markets where you gain reputation after successful deals and lose reputation when something is wrong. Here you can gain reputation easily if you post regularly any kind of mainstream shit that others agree with and you lose reputation when your opinion is different that the mainstream opinion or when you argue with some "established community member" like it was in my case. The point is that the reputation on Dread has nothing to do with being "legit" because you don't gain and lose your reputation based on whether you are legit or not.

Not arguing that.

But when I see someone on here for 3-4 or more years with hundreds of posts and comments, that means they have committed the time and invested in the overall community. The only thing worth more than money is our time.

Sure you don't have an Amazon or Uber rating on your profile from satisfied customers, but OUTSIDE OF THE MARKETS this is the best thing in town... and the more time and energy you commit here, the more street cred you have. It's just how life works -- it ain't specific to Dread honey.

Nobody sells wallets? Why on earth would you ever think that?

If someone has a wallet with money in it, they would keep it for themselves. Nobody is selling a wallet with money. God.

I can't teach you. You're going to have to read here on Dread for many months to figure out what you need to make money. Spend hours per day just reading on here and learning. Don't ever send crypto to anyone without checking or asking here first. Good luck.
