Right now, from the homepage you can search keywords to discover them, or see what other users are subscribed to from their profiles. I'll add a way to look through them all soon, I've got a lot of work to do still but I'll try to get to it quickly.

similar thought but might be useful to add an easier way to go to your current/fav communities rather than going all the way to your profile, i guess similar to the reddit banner at the top of the front page:)
