Not a vendor, but I'm pretty confident you can.. for reasons.

Detection is very unlikely.

Just don't do anything stupid like marking the tabs beforehand or put your real return address on it. Make it look like a regular postcard with some kind greetings or congratulations and send directly to the destination, nothing fancy.

As always, the receiver can deny and say they had no idea and never asked for it.

thanks brother , dogs cant smell acid so if the post card get intercepted is for bad opsec or random check i guess ,you think this method can work with small amounts of bho or rosin like a gram?

I'm not saying this method is dead although it stands out a lot. I used to buy like that years ago, I think it's been figured out by now, though I'm sure it's 70-80% still doable.
