In the FAQ sections on the website under "shipping policy" there are the different countries with the shipping rates listed. In the first one it says "orders to the European Union". Then in the last one it says "orders FROM Switzerland, Austria and elsewhere".
2 Questions about that:
1. Is the FROM just a mistake and should it read TO instead?
2. Since when is Austria not part of the EU anymore?

1. Correct
2. It is, but it has a significantly more difficult Customs compared to other countries, same happens with Czech Republic, Baltics and all Scandinavian countries.
