Should I ask for a reship in the case of theft due to poor stealth? : DarkNetMarkets | Torhoo darknet markets

I ordered a Q of some bud from a reasonably new seller on TorZon.

After two days, the parcel arrived, only it had been opened and repackaged in a large Royal Mail plastic wallet which looks a little bit like an evidence bag... "Our sincere apologies this reached you like this blah blah blah we've repacked it". The envelope was opened and empty but had a strong smell of cannabis and a splash of aftershave so I don't doubt the former contents nor the quality of them.

My immediate thoughts are that their stealth is lacking - they haven't vacuum sealed it, opting for a 'smellproof bag', and somewhere along the supply chain somebody has sniffed it out and thought "free weed!"

I've informed them of the situation and asked if they want to do anything. Wondering if it would be a bad idea to ask for a reship because of this... ask them to cancel the order? Just finalize it and leave a bad review?
