If the Russo-Ukrainian War progresses and power grids are targeted you can move to/replicate to com.ua

If your domain contains Cyrillic and other national non-Latin alphabets you can move to/replicate to .укр

Otherwise, consider Moldova and eastern Europe for the safekeeping of your data.

For those unaware Russia has a massive troop deployment on its border with the country of Ukraine and on the Belarus border with Ukraine. There have been negotiations in progress to try to prevent what could be a devastating attack upon Ukraine. Russia previously invaded Crimea and took it from Ukraine and is currently supporting rebels in the eastern portion of Ukraine. Such a massive troop buildup has not been seen since World War 2 according to one of our generals.

Russia claims that they do not want war but instead want to stop Ukraine from joining Nato and halt the spread of Nato forces eastward toward their country,
