I'm kinda thinking in your camp. Find trustworthy sellers and deal with them directly. They may exit scam me, but hey I'm already loosing money and orders from sites going down. So I probably may just come out the same.

Ever since arch fell, I've been using simpleX And signal to deal directly with my favored vendors. It's so much easier and cheaper. The first one I began the relationship with escrow as a safety valve which makes it easier to venture out and go direct. But my newest plug I just started slow without escrow and only with something I was willing to lose in hopes of success and a trusting business relationship. 300.00 was my limit. It worked and now I'm lit!

I get the feeling, with so many down lately it def feels overwhelming, what worked for me is I purchased some stuff from boomshankar in aba, and even it was closed I was able to contact him in Dhub and he honored my purchase.

But still I think markets are a great option.

3rd party escrows will have to be the way to go. this is going to be difficult. I myself started a group not to long ago and we built trust with each other. but now the new changes because of the markets going "bust" we are looking to bring more people in all the while keeping it small and exclusive. it seems like an escrow system is what would be missing if were looking to expand. like a 3rd party reputable escrow would have to be the route. right?
