How do you guys manage to doze off? I have a bit of a problem with compulsive re-dosing and my friend recommended me clonidine, a bit hard to get your hands on but it seems to do a very good job otherwise. I tried weed, doesn't work as it just increases my heart rate, Pregabalin somewhat helped especially with getting REM sleep too but tolerance builds too quickly, mirtazapine in low doses was impossible to find on the other hand. I would rather not get bother with benzos.
