Not really. He threatened to kill someone and didn't get banned. It took ages. It's really just a message that you can do anything up to death threats.

The Abacus team are a hard working team and have to take many considerations before taking action.
There were multiple investigations into snownose.
Im sure Abacus reviewed Snownose is case many times and they finally came to a conclusion.
