I'm looking for a program that allows me to spoof the number I'm calling from and change my oice while calling banks (so not like a program running on my burner). They said you might have a list but I couldn't find it. If you do, can you point me that way? if not, any suggestions? I know just-kill used to offer it but they're long gone.

there was one called SpoofCard, it worked perfectly, it's still active I think but with very limited capabilities and many issues.
I am also interested, if someone knows such a service, reply to this comment.

SpoofCard still exists, but you can't use a custom phone number... They have a selection of numbers you can choose from but you can't type in like Wells Fargo's phone number and use that unfortunately. But apart from that it's still a great service to use if you only care about hiding your identity.

Right, this was what I meant, they've removed the good part everyone was using it for.
There are some white sims that let you change the number and come with voice changer options too, but Spoof Card was much easier and did not cost as much.

Caller ID spoofing? There's probably a few limited options still around. Most of these types of providers have been cracked down on in recent years. You need to find a SIP trunk provider that supports spoofing and set up your own SIP.
