SSNDOB Bogus? : Fraud | Torhoo darknet markets

I am trying to sign up for a financing program (PayTomorrow) using fullz (ssndob dot org (idk if this is against rules sorry if it is))
I dont remember where I found the website, but it was somewhere on a verified autoshop list.

Im using octobrowser, proxy to victims location, textverified numbers, and an email setup on the victims info, so i know it cant be fingerprinting.
When I put in SSN, Name, Address, Birth, it'll work and go through. But the moment it comes to a credit check, it never goes through.
It will always say "We are unable to give you a report at this time" or something like "Please check your information"

When I compare the info from SSNDOB and from a background check, theres always differences. I.E age, contact info, and other small details. Small, but important.
I think SSNDOB doesnt have enough info. Like if im applying for a debit card from cashapp, it always asks for pictures and stuff. I DONT HAVE ANY PICTURES.
Also employer, employer phone number (for services like PayTomorrow) are not included in those fullz.

Please help me guys. What am I doing wrong that completely invalidates the entire plan?
