Propably exit scam. If vendor did not send order - you will not get it.
Try to find vendor and ask him if order has been processed.

Sorry to say I agree with the others. One of the risks of doing a FE order. Also the vendor in question isn't exactly the nicest guy on the darkent. I've had a few orders with them in the past. Product was substandard tar. Definitely cut, and they weren't open to my opinion on the quality. Nor did they offer any recompense. Live and learn. Good luck in the future.
