Quick question as I think I've settled on either the Squat Mac or the Iceberg:

Your description of the Iceberg mentions body euphoria as one of it's features.

Both Squat Mac and Iceberg are heavy weight champs and great choices. Squat Mac is a PE variety while Iceberg is an Albino Thai Lipa.

Yes I do believe the body euphoria you get from Iceberg is similar to an MDMA high.
