Not very trusted imo. Messaged yall multiple times and support ticket was left unread. They closed my vendor accnt and they gave all my money in escrow back to buyers and lost 18k of my own money. Thanks for nothing.

Ive been with Incognito for almost 4 years and it's been nothing but smooth. The community is on point and respectful. They have some of the most trusted vendors on the market. I would say that is the most trustworthy market out there right now. I hope they plan to stay for many more years. the 12 years I've been working on the DN, a breth off fresh air!

I am currently struggling with a dispute, I have not heard a word from vendor or mods in over a week now and this is extremely upsetting especially when I rely on meds to get through day to day life. If I can receive any help at all I would very much appreciate anything as I have had no update on any parties end. Vendor marked shipped 2/14/24 and I can see on informed delivery nothing was ever dropped off at the post office which is incredibly frustrating after the vendor having told me he would have it out that day and it is now 2/22/24 and I have not received one single piece of correspondence back. How can I get mods to acknowledge this??

I recently reopened a dispute for my case in /d/IncognitoMarket due to the vendor barracuda who gave me only half good order. The other half of the pills did not have the ingredient as advertised. The order was for 100 pills of ephedrine hcl 50mg per pill. Only 50 pills which are in original sealed blisters contains ephedrine.The other half were in loose pills and those did not contain any ephedrine in them.

I only requested 50% of the order's amount to be refunded back to me. I even offered to provide the drug test results and a video of the drug test process with the results) of the pills in question that was tested no reaction to the presence of ephedrine and offered to ship back all of the vendor's loose pills that did not contain ephedrine hcl ingredient in them along with the drug test results and video for the vendor's reference, but vendor was unresponsive to this.

In the end, the moderator was still in favor of the vendor and finalized the order to the vendor and all the vendor said was that he did not send me fake pills and dismissed my claims. I don't think this was fair as I have offered evidence for my claim. I just want fairness and transparency from /d/IncognitoMarket and request to have 50% of the amount of the order, $127.17 USD refunded back to me. Moderator of Incognito Market, please consider to look deeper into my case. My dispute is reopened. Thank you for your time and attention.

Search engine needs more details for searching, price limits, vendor score, vendor rating, vendor sales, etc.

Well, I used to like the market until I had to open dispute (actually 3 of them) for vendor not shipping product. Vendor has agreed for admin/mods to release my funds back to me and none of these disputes have even been looked at by a moderator. They have been open for over a week and nothing. I even opened (2) support tickets thinking I will get someone to at least take a look and not one Mod/Admin has bothered to read or respond. Only some BOT who basically told me I need to open a support ticket for these since there is over (3) disputes where I am owed close to $750. What does it take to get a mod to actually look at these issues?

they where OK, until they got over loaded with all the Bohemia refugees like Bohemia got overloaded with ASAP refugees. now i see exit scam in the works. small amounts of money have been disappearing from peoples accounts accounts. i think they learned and found a better method. they have millions of dollars extra on there website now which would many many take months if not years to make. and there just getting greedy... site seems to be run by only 2 people. support is answered by the same mod every time. there rude af. not american i don't think. this will probably just get deleted because it's not positive feedback but yeah. they stole hundreds of dollars from if not $1000. support did NOTHING. just closed my tickets... said problem resolved. i said hey, wtf? can't u trace wherever my btc went to and tell me? closed, we don't care. i'm a vendor and i made 5 figures on there in NO time after Bohemia fucked us all. so to be perfectly honest. i think there planning an exit. they are rude af and need ppl who understand english and will reply to inquires properly. cause you can search on here of 100s of ppl saying same thing, i even took screen shots of the disappearing money for proof. it's just sad we can't find just ONE honest admin who will take his few million and retire without wanting 6 million in the end. greedy af. search reddit. at least 100 ppl posted the same thing. how long it took b4 ppl realized bohemia was scamming? a month? maybe they found a way nobody will notice cause there taking too little. so ya. i'm done with them. the $500-1000 they stole they made way more in commission off me so it's a loose loose. there's proof they scammed on there exchange a few months back with there little "guard" that if no order where up they'd get up to 20% themselves. yeah idk about these guys anymore. prolly just delete this. idk how i'm breaking any kind of rule. but WATCH OUT. search dread for others like me. you could be the 1 out of 40 or w.e the number is. just makes me sad. i'll vend on the other markets. there interface sucks ass anyways. its like, who do you correctly search for the right product?? who made this website?? try accusing them of wrong doing and see what happens, make something up even and see what kind of nasty response you get. mark my works i'm calling them bohemia #2 from now on. don't say i didn't warn ya'll. i gotta get my vendors badge. look luck folks. The speed of dealing with disputes is fine, but the one dispute I had to raise resulted in a highly disappointing and frankly ridiculous outcome. No explanation for the decision was given by the admins and the dispute ticket was closed. Incognito used to be my favorite market, but that experience left a really bad taste in my mouth and I now avoid the market if possible.

is icognito market down having trouble accessing even with the private link and emergancy rotational link. Im a vendor trying to log in.

It looks like a decent market but you have issues with accepting PGP and when you contact support they tell you how to enter it like you are a seven year old, when this is not the issue you are facing. This market is the only market that will not accept my PGP.

I'm mainly on all the other /d/Superlist markets without any issues and with Incognito they do not want to help you sort the issue out. Which really is a sad case as we looked forward to also vending on this market.

I provided them with my PGP key to see if they could manually update it for me with so many issues attempting to do it myself and still no avail to a solution. This is literally the only market that has an issue with out PGP Key.

Be just, be fair, have an ethos, gain all knowledge about the process of even what to do before you open your first Linux/tailacs setup. Respect the vendors, the admins, escrow, and PGP and most of all, I2P or TOR and update your stuff all the time. Don't let it do it for you. You will have mistakes. Back up back up back up. All the time. Cold wallets. Never transfer from exchanges. This is just the start of your journey. Let's bring this grey middle to one opaque likeness so we can see just enough through the veil to trust we will look after one another and life and children's safety,

Put funds in my account and tried to buy something and every time it said insufficient balance even though i had more than enough.

I opened a support ticket to ask if the marketplace had a way to check for fake reviews. It must be a stupid or unimportant question because within an hour the ticket was resolved like that: "Mod response: close".

Do you think that all sales reviews correspond to real purchases from real buyers?

So I currently have an order that didn't land when expected so with about 48hrs to go on autofinalize clock I opened a dispute on the order. This a vendor I've bought from before and always had A+ experiences before so I'm assuming its an oversight and we will get it resolved. I just want the AF clock to stop ticking while we do that. Incognito market FAQ says exactly that-- if youve got an order you haven't received open a dispute with 2 days left on AF clock and support will freeze while you work it out. The situation is this. Order is being sent with USPS Express. I have USPS informed delivery set up at my location so when order doesn't land when expected I log on to see if any pkgs incoming. It shows a pkg label in pre-shipment, label created online but USPS still awaiting package. It shows the time and place where label was created, this matches exactly what I'd expect for this order from this vendor. I don't have any other orders incoming illicit or otherwise so there's really no doubt this label is supposed to be on a package with this order inside. I put all this in the dispute chat, including tracking number, all encrypted with vendor's pgp, and say hey, I know youre a pro, but could you check on this and see if order got lost in the shuffle? and meanwhile to support in same chat a summary this conversation,(not encrypted) asking for AF clcok to be frozen while we work it out.Nothing from support. Nothing at all. No sign that anyone has even looked at the dispute chat. So I open a separate support ticket, with order number, quick rundown of what's happening, and request for AF clock to be frozen. Also nothing. Vendor has responded. Says pkg was sent, please be patient, etc. So in other words we haven't got this worked out yet but working on it. The problem is this takes time and now AF clock is down about an hour and still nothing, nothing at all from Incognito, either via dispute chat or support ticket. Nothing. rating: zero out of ten

I migrated from ASAP to here when they closed shop. The market is adequate for most ppl needs, butits basic-style UI is problematic for a few reasons.

The main reason is it lends a hand to the (increasingly large) international selective-scammer base. It is quite hard to locate negative reviews of large vendors, who seem legit in their own right and country. And if you find the bad reviews its difficult to ascertain whether its a domestic tranx or not. The other reason is how the vendors scores translate. The rating system is confusing and doesn't have a typical "red flag" icon or descriptor to inform of such.

I have been scammed a total of 4 times on the market out of (prob) 25 transx. I got a full refund once, two 50% refunds and once Zero- partially my fault because the pack landed the day the AF timer expired. I had received track but the product turned out to be fake/not matching description.

The problem is these "vendors" are allowed to operate in international circles without proper basic rules. For example- tracking should be be REQUIRED for Int sales, I don't care if you'll think it's bad opsec...then stay domestic. It is that simple no tracking- full refund
