Is tails OS still safe to use because of the spoof thing with the Tor browser? Im not sure what really happened but maybe someon know

Should i switch to Qubes OS?

Depending on your risk profile I would consider using Qubes if I was a vendor.

As a a buyer who only buys for personal use and dose not re sell on the streets I am perfectly happy with Tails

It isn't any more or less safe than it always was. If there is any difference, it should be safer now that it's being developed by the same team as Tor and has been updated & hardened more. Just change one setting in about:config.
