I recently ordered a decent amount of Ketamine from a vendor (ECTested) on Empire. The particular advert was for 14g of Granular Ketamine.

What I received was not 14g of only granular ketamine, but about 10g of a powder and 4g of ketamine granules as can be seen from this photo that I took once I had separated the two very visually different substances - https://ibb.co/M5bxYdT -

This spooked me a fair bit as whilst I've not had any instances of stepped on products in my 4 years+ ordering from the markets, as this was not as described or expected I raised a dispute on the market.

I have had some interesting products via street deals & have ensured that I have had a test kit from https://www.reagent-tests.uk & tested all my products since a friend of mine got some nasty batch of PMMA instead of MDMA at a festival one year, a festival where this batch resulted in a number of deaths occurring, including to a close friend of a friend. I also tend to send a sample off to WEDINOS too https://www.wedinos.org/ as whilst Reagent Tests are a simple way to find out if you *may* have the substance you think you have, getting validation from a lab that a substance is what you expect does definitely give much more peace of mind.

To separate the 2 substances I actually went and bought from a local supermarket the day this arrived, a frying splash guard, which due to the fineness of the powder vs granules is a perfect (& cheap) way to be able to separate different sized substances. Unfortunately I had run out of my reagent test kit and had to await for a refill to turn up but I let EC know in the dispute that I was intending on testing the powder and was sending off samples of both powder and granules to Wedinos and would update them on what the result was.

In the end, once my refill had turned up and Wedinos had completed and published their test results, both samples came back as being Ketamine, but it certainly was a wake up call when that package came and it was visually not what I was expecting, though as I said to EC this should have never happened in the first place and that in my opinion they need to tighten up house to stop that happening in future.

I did end up settling the dispute and finalising the order, as whilst I had received not exactly what I had ordered, it was chemically what I had ordered.

But yeah, a lesson to you all, that you really should be testing everything you purchase!
