Pretext

It's been a tough year for the database/information collecting community, as Nulled, Cracked, and possibly Breach Forums have all been taken down. XSS is private registration again, and Exploit is an expensive paid-for registration. There are also plenty of Telegram groups, but after the arrest of the owner of Telegram, it is unsurprising to see that law enforcement requests are approved in large amounts.

For all this reason, I have asked Dread staff to allow me to moderate this community for the time being. If nothing else but a nice place to discuss various database leaks, communities, and possibly buy/sell data (more on that below).

What type of posting is allowed here?
1. Requests for databases/leaks.
2. Discussion around databases/leaks..
3. Discussion of leak communities, specifically forums/websites.
-- Self promotion is allowed if you admit you are promoting your own community. Just use common sense here please.
4. Sharing databases.
-- I will allow this for the time, but I am going to make a catalog thread where database leaks are better organized.
5. Discussion about current events in the community (Arrests, Takedowns, New communities).

What is not allowed
1. Buying/Selling. This is temporary until I figure out how this would work with Dread. Profile on a marketplace as a vendor or use of escrow would be mandatory.
2. No url-shortened links, or websites that have a paywall to download.
3. Do not post databases without clear information as to where it originated:
- Year
- # of Records
- Website/Source of the leak

5. No requests for hacking/hackers.

To-do:
- Thread for data catalog/sourcing.

In all other manners, site-wide rules apply. The community chat is open for people to discuss more about things. Rules are relaxed for the moment and we can adjust as we go.
