yeah i know that some people are going to assume what im saying is fake because its a brand new account. anyone whose been raided by the feds know that they will seize your computer and phone even without formal charges yet, so there isnt really any way i can access my old dread account.

also i think most people wouldnt have the balls to warn people in advance after they get raided. most people just wouldnt post again. dread has helped me out a lot and i figure the last thing i can do is warn everyone. i doubt im the only person thats been raided so its not like they can link this post to my exact identity anyway.

i rather try to do something good for the community on the way out. believe me or not, i did my part.

I have had items seized as part of an investigation but was free to go. It was very illegal yet at the same time was a bit of a stalemate if that makes sense. If I were to poke the bear I may have served them dinner while I just walked away from the loss. The US is very dirty and tbh I won a giveaway on SUnday on pitch from Snowbunni but didn't see it till last night this entire situation is very strange. The vendors Opsec wasn't perfect either that's all I will say (Felt very OpiateConnect type feel to it)

this is what i dont know. when the homeland security guy told me, he made it seem like they just had a record of packages from snowbunni going to my address, he didnt make it seem like they had evidence they contained coke. i also dont think the feds would allow real coke to be delivered so i cant imagine that they had caught these packs previously. im meeting with a criminal defense attorney tomorrow to ask these questions though.

and no, its not public record because formal charges havent been filed. there is probably an indictment against snowbunni currently, but its most likely sealed at this part of the investigation.

im not trying to hurt the vendors business, if anything im saying he really did ship the packs that are missing. you dont have to believe me, but if anyone has experience with the federal criminal justice system in the states, theyll know what im saying is legit.
