They are called XMRGlobal btw, they've been around for 6+ months right now. I would say they're well established and trusted. Not that many offers but they're great platform nonetheless.

No way to know. No reports of scam currently that I'm aware of but it can change. Check the Exchanges top bar wiki for community approved exchanges.
