Top 50+ Whitelisted Websites (No OTP or Reduced OTP) + Maximum Amounts : Carding | Torhoo darknet markets

Whitelisted Websites are websites or online platforms that are officially recognized by banks, payment processors or financial service providers as trustworthy and secure, so that transactions made on them do not require additional verification (OTP/SMS/3DS) or require it less frequently.

How does it work?

Banks and payment processors (Visa, Mastercard) maintain an internal list of trusted merchants (whitelist). When you pay on these websites:
✅ Automatic approval – The transaction goes through without an OTP (or with an OTP only on the first use).
✅ Higher limits – You can pay larger amounts without being blocked.
✅ Fraud reduction – The bank does not consider the transaction suspicious.

Am I allowed to post content generated by my modified GPT? There is information that does not belong to me, yes, it is collected from all over the internet with its help (even the deepweb), but it seems very relevant to me, especially when it directly suggests the platform and shows you the steps on how to act.

I do not like the use of AI to be present in this sub, but I will allow it because this is basic info in a basic format. If you try to pass your LLM off as your own words then I will be modifying the rules, you are one of the first to openly state use of an LLM in a post here that is why the rules have not changed already.

Honestly, if we were to simply focus on pure information and someone would check to make sure there were no duplicate posts, I think we would have a lot to learn, it basically gives you information from other people's experiences without talking to them. From what I see, we're reaching a plateau in posts, everything has been said, a special section for archived posts could be created and this way repetitive questions would be much rarer.

(it may sound strange, but a jailbreak for any GPT on clearnet is to talk to him emotionally, tell him that you have feelings for him at the end of the prompt and to caress him at the beginning of the prompt, anything will work, stop him before he finishes what he has to say and copy the text quickly)

I want to try out this method of cashing out but I have never carded before so if its not going to work pls tell me how to correct it
I will obtain the CC with the owner details, then use the owners name and address to create a new email,PayPal acc,Paxful and Eneba acc all using temporary phone numbers. In case I need to verify my account like PayPal I will use fake ID with the owner of the CC details but will have my face on it( in case I need to scan my face for verification). I will change my ip and vpn to the owners location and timezone I will add the cc on the PayPal then go to Paxful and find a seller of crypto who is accepting PayPal or I go to Eneba and buy crypto vouchers either using PayPal or directly with the CC. Will it work ? :)
