Tor Onion Browser only stays connected for a few minutes before I lose connection.? : Tor | Torhoo darknet markets

When I connect to most onion sites, for example like Dread, I am only able to stay connected for a few minutes, usually less than 10 minutes before I lose connectivity.
Even worse when I try and join most dark markets. For them I am lucky to get 5 minutes before I have kill and start my Tor again.

Typically after connecting to a dark web site from my onion and signing in, after a few minutes I click to navigate somewhere on a web page, and I get the bouncy ball that hangs there for 1 minute or more before the page times out.

Then I realize that the Tor onion browser needs to be shut down and restarted again to work properly again.

Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?

I would love to be able to stay connected to a market or site for more than 3 - 4 minutes

I've seen a rare issue with some sites in that my apparent IP keeps changing. Not that this would be related but one thing to ask is if you are using a TOR bridge. If so switch to another and see what happens. If that fixes it the bridge is malicious.

PS @/u/whatupp OP did say "Tor onion browser" meaning his/her browser but I don't think it's onion services, so no potential torrc config issue.
