I sent you guys a message on Arch to ask a couple questions and make sure stuff like my PGP is working correctly since this will be my first time.
Could you take a look at it or know when I might get a response if you don't have access to that? I'd like to place an order soon but I just want to make sure everything is working before I proceed.

I noticed on the order page where it says to put in your shipping information that it will be automatically encrypted. So I just put my details in plain text and it'll be fine? Or should I just use my PGP stuff? Whichever is safer.
We always recommend using your own personal PGP and not relying on a market to encrypt your data

edit: If you want to practice and make sure you are correctly encrypting your data via pgp id recommend checking out this sub /d/pgppractice :)

/u/SnowBunni im becoming worried. snowbunni hasnt been online two days according to super, my order still hasnt been marked as shipped, and i dont have anything in my informed delivery. im sorry if this is out of pocket. but i just went through a hassle with prymetyme. pls dont do me the same way :/
Don't worry, I have been in contact with /u/snowbunni as recently as an hour ago, and we are still relatively early in the day. He has been posting daily updates explaining the reasons for the backlog and delays in receiving updates via the markets. Rest assured, your order will 100% get to you. We are very transparent in our ordering process and will not move your order into the next stage, i.e., marked as 'Shipped', until it is ready. Hope this helps put your mind at ease a bit! <3

Yeah they must be really busy. I haven't got a reply to a message I sent on Arch but it's ok. I made an order and it was accepted. Will wait for them to ship now.
You should see an update today! Thanks for your patience /u/soofu! Also check informed delivery this morning to see if anything comes up. If it wasn't marked shipped it is most likely making it out today. If so, I apologize for the slight delay!

my order had to be shipped yesterday, i checked and snowbuni wasnt online for 2 days which i never seen happen, you know if everything good and orders from saturday gettin shipped today?
Hey /u/Boogyman, I spoke with /u/snowbunni yesterday and everything is fine. We may have encountered a small delay in getting orders out yesterday, as mentioned in this post. We are trying our best to work out IRL things while maintaining the process of shipping orders daily.
