Hello, more than 12 hours passed and my order is gone with XMR , provided all infos to support trough ticket and even tried to dm seller without any answer from both, i tried on order page to provide TxID wallet address and view key and nothing too.
Are yall willing at least to say something ? i know theres alot of people waiting but at least an answer would be cool.
im also waiting on hearing back from a ticket i raised with the same issue. hoping their just working through a backlog. Fortunately tho in the meantime ive been able to put in another order with another vendor which has gone through no bother and was marked shipped. so at least things seem to be working again somewhat. just need to get the money back from the initial order that went wrong. i'll let you know if i hear anything.

Sounds like they might be cooking up a scam. If they can't get this right I see them exiting. There only so long people will be patient with the crap there telling us. Did everything they asked and still no funds.
if someone wanna scam for sure this is not the right / optimal way, im pretty sure they will solve the problem, thats why i told you to wait more

seems like only few people having this issue right now but i dont get why they dont gonna manual check our payment with the info we provided.
First they asked me txid, wallett address and viewkey now need pgp signature from order too.
anyway i provided this pgp signature aswell and still nothing.
seems like im the only dumbfuck that cant solve the problem, everyone fixed and im still here almost 3 days waiting and hoping for unkown reason
