He exit scammed. I'll make a statement regarding it later today.
He took payment for the PR work before doing this and also took investment in CoinBank from them all. Shortly before he disappeared he was contacting multiple people trying to convince them to invest to get some more coin before pulling the plug.
Was discussing this with /u/samwhiskey a few days ago, but didn't expect a scam to happen so soon.
Unfortunately it appears that several mods essentially enabled this to happen and give him credibility, so I'd like to know what the deal was with that - friendship, money, easily influenced?
The same goes for everybody and not just Archetyp. If anybody sees weird shit, or gets approached with stupid/extortionate business proposals, please let us know and help protect the community.

In this case however, it was completely separate vendors, the post he made also stated that they were all compromised.

Hope you can understand why I felt the need to tell him. He would have seen it in the mod logs and wondered wtf was going on. And yes, he did know something was up already when i told him because he wasn't lying about noticing him going dark and making his sub private. So he said the ban made perfect sense to him after already noticing the sub going private.
