My bad for leaving out the instructions.
Handwrite on a piece of paper (your dread user name or the vendors name) plus the current date. Add some product on top being sure not to obscure the information written. Upload to picture hosting site and copy resulting url to your review. This helps to prove ownership of reviewed product rather than a google image which could be faked.
