The site exists assuming that you will monitor the order and extend auto finalize until product is received. If product is not received you open a support ticket. You can't cancel an order on any market after the vendor accepts it.

Vendor was put on vacay mode and no new orders can be placed. Recent feedback mentioned potential issues.

That sucks, but if you read the terms of the site, agreeing to FE (Finalize Early), you are agreeing to finalize the order no matter what happens. I advise moving forward to always use escrow as that is the only thing that can protect you, and what the markets are there for.

Usually a vendor has to have a large amount of transactions to be able to offer FE and then when they do have FE available to them, they offer their FE listings at a discount. FE is beneficial to the vendor so that they don't have to deal with fluctuations in XMR price and take losses while it sits in escrow.

Only a few vendors are allowed to have FE, but once it's there, the money never even goes to escrow. Unfortunately this vendor must have happened to scam / retire at terrible timing for you.

How long has it been since your order was accepted and when did you make your ticket? You may have to wait a while before you can ask the market to consider the order unfulfilled and possibly take action against the vendor

Then you should make a ticket saying the vendor is abusing FE by accepting orders and not marking them shipped so that these unfulfilled orders never show up in reviews. The buyer pays their money, receives no product and can neither dispute or review.. For transparency and to prevent abuse buyers who do FE transactions need to be able to review any FE order that's accepted.. - You cannot get your money back because it is FE, the only thing you can do is inform the market of this problem

dude, stop it. I got scammed for 3700 euros and I was long time client, made post about it a few days ago warning people that queen is exit scamming. Yes, very good vendor never had a problem but that's what EXIT scam means, she is exiting

That just means that they're not taking any new orders. It doesn't mean that they are not fulfilling the orders they already have. I do it all this time. - I would still like to know how long it's been since the order was marked accepted. It really matters in this case

It is unreleated most likely. I had good business relation as I said in my warning post here on dread about queen. She went radio silent to me on signal right when I was expecting tracking number and then continuted to accept orders on archetyp. I was sure negative reviews would start coming from the exit scam and sadly it was exactly what happened. Very sad, one of the best vendors in Europe

Payment as about two weeks ago, shipping should of been last week (I had a lot of orders with queen and the delay was perfectly normal). On monday 7 october queen went completely offline on signal, never shipped never responded

thats not her, article mentions only selling anabolics, antidiabetics and potency enhancing drugs (queen never had this in her offer)

in the official CBSP video from the bust there was not a single product queen actually had in her offer, there was also zero mention of DNM only about their (the group which got busted) custom 2 websites

and queen was still accepting offers past 1st-2nd of october (which is the official bust date given by other article about this case)

for people commenting that the vendor is just on vacation, archetyp support told me they forced vacation on the vendor. so chances that they fulfill orders or come back now after a week are pretty slim, sorry.
