AirDnd. This does suck for me, even though ive been dismissed by him, because I hate taddling. Im trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but he's been on since I sent multiple messages with no reply. I believe in being patient, but it feels like I'm being disrespected- more than I typically allow

I finally diputed, and when you dispute you're speaking directly to the vendor, not the mod. That's not of huge importance, I just looked like a dick when making a lot of "he claimed X, but he was mistaken" type stuff. In any event, I was refunded immediately, so I'm guessing he made a mistake. I have not used him since, seems like a lot of his orders are intercepted, which could just be bad luck or poor OPSEC by someone in his orbit

I think you're right on the money. I was about to go through the order process with airdnd. The order I was looking to make is sizeable, the kind where you'd send a courtesy message before placing the orders. I had the time to browse reviews, so I did. That's when I came across your post.

Something is up. Placing an order through airdnd is setting off alarms for me, especially internationally. I don't want to make accusations or drag anyone through the mud, but... for anyone else doing their due diligence coming across this comment, look for patterns in those reviews. Go with your gut.

We had 5 packs get caught in a row a few months back. This is why we xhanged our tos from 100% reship to 50% refund. The last 3 I gave a 50% refund to ended up leaving customs after all. We are still waiting to see if (the woman who left us 3 negs recently) if hers is going to clear customs or not. It is our new policy to wait 10 business days after accepted into customs. Before making the call that it's been seized. After 10 days there literally is no chance. Customs is this backed up right now. Trump has them scrutinizing every single package coming from Canada. So many Canadian vendors have changed tos for Americans to order at own risk no refunds. We've considered this but as it stands we have not had that many caught to warrant this. Anyone who has recieved a pack from us knows the love and work we put into our stealth. We can be a little slow responding (nobodys perfect right?) As it is now we answer questions 6 days a week. We get alot of mail it's about 3-4 hours a day unless there is an emergency. We take one day off. So I dont think ppl are waiting to hear from us that much anymore. We have more help too. I think if anything we have gotten better at this over time. I can say with sincerity we try our best and our intentions are good. Airdnd

Is Airdnd scamming American customers?

Apparently they're telling people their order was seized by customs, but there's no proof. I just saw a review that said "Status: (as of April 16 2025)" and it looks like they're actively dicking this guy around.

Maybe shit is fine for the Canadians but I'm in US and I've already started the process of looking for another vendor.

Lol: Apparently we are telling people their items are seized but there is no proof? A: Only the tracking number each and every client has access to. And the fact we encourage our clients NOT to finalize early but if a package is late to extend and then dispute. Giving them site moderator direct support and freezing the escrow completely. Not what a selective scammer would do, I would guess.

You are in reference to the 3 consecutive negative feedbacks recieved by a literally crazy person who ignored the finalization timer let it auto finalize, didn't even message us to alert us it was over a week late! Then we respond they will be banned from ordering again because this is the second time they ignored the dispute function only to terrorize us by leaving - feedback telling us the only way they will change it is to send them 100% reship. Our terms of sale clearly state 50% if lost or seized. So it's a tactic. Last time I educated them on how to file a dispute if there is ANYTHING causing the pack to be delayed. I told them to message first at least give us a chance to fix it. If you are a pain management client and tell me your story I will always reship 100% anyway. We are kind. We are here to do honest business. There have been serious delays in customs lately. Everything is being scrutinized. The last 3 times I was sure it's been caught it actually made it through. I would love it if some of those clients would come here and defend us. We even gave the refund to them, only to have my mind blown a week later checking it and discovering after 7-10 days in customs..in bell gardens no less (the hotel California of usps) they actually were released and delivered. So now our policy is to give customs a full 10 days before deciding things have been caught. Things have changed. If I said it was caught and refunded you I don't care I just want you to let me know you got it so I don't have to change our stealth again :) anyways please give us a break we actually try to do right by our clients we would NEVER scam. Please tell us the Display name of the banned account, this will help get you unbanned very fast. Most bans happen by the system, e.g. if you use words like Telegram / Signal / WhatsApp or send too many messages in a short time frame as a new user.

Air and I go way back --We can vouch 100% for them. If there is an issue ladies and gentlemen use the Dispute function BEFORE leaving feedback. Its just common sense.

OR if timer runs out give them time they WILL make it right. I guarantee you, but always message first!
