Unable to reach Rancher on RKE2 cluster running Rancher + Cert Manager + Cilium in Rocky Linux? : techsupport | Torhoo darknet markets

Good day/evening to everyone. This is my first post on Dread, although I have lurked on this forum in the past. My expected user base will be exceedingly small with much leeway for downtime, so please do not say that my shit needs to be highly available and that I need to set up an external load balancer for receiving I2P traffic.

I am trying to install Rancher for ease of resource management, and I have managed to install Cilium and disable kube-proxy using the instructions specified ⚠️here⚠️. I installed Cert Manager and Rancher proper afterwards, but I am unable to reach Rancher's login page. I *did* create my Rocky Linux VM inside Proxmox, and I did apply the CIS Level 2 profile level while installing Rocky Linux, but I've made sure to open all relevant ports described ⚠️here⚠️. I also applied the cis profile in my config.yaml file, but I've also exempted the cattle-system namespace in addition to the cert-manager and kube-system namespaces. Does anyone have a set of reference values.yaml files that resemble my desired configuration, or is there at least some documentation showing how to create my setup without going all in on every bell and whistle out there?

EDIT: The software versions I'm using are as follows:
  • Rocky Linux: 9.5
  • Rancher Kubernetes Engine 2: 1.32.6
  • Cilium: 1.17.5
  • Rancher: v2.11
