Understanding Cryptocurrency and their Anonymity : DarknetMarketsNoobs | Torhoo darknet markets

Hello all! I have a couple questions about how to clean my BitCoin to be able to use on on the DN Markets.

My first question, first and foremost, is it a mistake that I already bought bitcoin off of coinbase. I made this purchase before researching cryptocurrency, this is all completely new to me. I have already found out that it's a pretty bad idea to use their service as the KYC is EXTREMELY high. I already have a good amount purchased, so would it be wiser to just sell the coins on the exchange platform and purchase from another source? If so, where can I find a TRUSTED list of these sources to buy from (preferably from a dread or a trusted link directory [ie. tor.taxi]). If it is possible to clean them, I've heared of tumbling, but after reading through the DN Bible, tumbling is no longer a good idea as the vast majority of them are scams.

I also recently found out that using BTC is not a great idea as it's traceable, so that brings Monero into question. Would it be a bad idea to transfer these Bitcoins purchased from Coinbase to an Electrum wallet, and using that wallet to then transfer those coins to a Crypto Swap service like FairTrade (from the tor.taxi link)? I'm really lost and concerned about my digital footprint when coming to this stuff, I know transfer rates can really stack up. If anybody has a good guide or response to my questions please let me know. This stuff is so difficult to navigate.

most markets do not have fixed bitcoin addresses for deposits, which means for each deposit the address changes, therefore there is no way that anyone can connect the address with the market.

Never use bitcoin on a market. Use Monero only, see /d/monero. If you can't buy Monero directly, opt for litecoin and exchange it for Monero using a service at kycnot.me.

Swap it as soon as possible. Once it gets swapped to XMR no purchase be tied back to you. I like to use Cake Wallet for swapping currencies. I would just create a BTC wallet in cake wallet, send it all the funds from coinbase, then swap it to XMR in the wallet app

What's your opinion on the kycnot.me services? Are they trusted? By using these services, the bitcoin exchanged for Monero will be untraceable right?

Those services are good, yes your monero will be untraceable if you send to your own wallet before sending to market

Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) like Bisq and Haveno have some benefits over centralized exchanges (CEX), e.g. no central order book, no service provider, transparency.
