we canceled our vendor account and got back our bond to the dream wallet.

When we wanted withdraw:

Withdraw has been disabled for this account, please contact support

but we are not able to contact the support anymore.

So what now?!

do not contact support ! And never give anyone your passwords or pin or anything else !
they will try to get access to your account and steal the funds.

At the moment you can do nothing and hope that speedstepper will comeback... otherwise there is no option to get funds back.

Trying to access my account on dream and get "log in not possible" message? this is in the 2FA area. I go look at my vendor account from my buyer account and its not banned or anything. I would love to get access back please?

yeah not shit mate.. dont give your password no matter what they say. if you give your pass they take 100%.

they probably offer you like 50% if you give your password but dont take the bite. rather have them get 0% because if you give your pass THEY WILL TAKE 100 PERCENT!!

try logging out and back in, dont panic yet. Usually you have to wait 30 days after all active orders before being able to withdraw.
