I placed an order on Arch to JohnBlue and sent funds to the specified address. The money is still in my wallet, but the order status still says "unfunded."

I'm not sure what to do. This is my first time using Arch.

Hello, please help me... it's been about a month since I ordered from the vendor WHITESUPPLY and since then the archetype has hardly been delivered... my package was seized by the entire administration and I'm glad I don't have any more consequences, but WHITESUPPLY owes me €400 due to this and its mentioned conditions because they probably didn't do it well enough to have it seized on the way from Amsterdam only via Germany... he have not hit me up anywhere else and I need the money back :(((( please help, I really beg you 🙏

Double check you sent enough. One refresh should change it to "New" if you got the amount correct.

I've sent more than enough. I don't know what to do now. I'll try again, but the experience so far has not been pleasant. the order expired, so i placed another it's ending me the same address o fund my account, but the money is already in my wallet and covers the amount required. unless there are fees im missing. i'll try again

just send even more funds and still nothing. What are my options? i have xmr in my account sufficient to cover this order. Do I need to do anything else?
