URCsA stands for United Research Chemicals Auditors.

We still need your help, veterans of the RCs/DNMs scene and active members of the many cleanet/tor forums/communities in EU where discussions take place in the local language (not necessary where vending or sourcing is the main goals, but with at least a large number of active members and several detailed discussions not only about vendors are present).
This step may seem not so relevant, but to ensure reliable and updated information over a long span of time, not just for the first 2-3 list releases - bringing together a worldwide unified, motivated community that existed globally before and faded more and more in the last years, splitting due all the exit scams, the business model of the big "we got everything" vendors and the lost of the hope and desire to fight together for bringing back the same vibes present before.
Many buyers and scientific researchers accepted passively all such changes, trying to find in the smaller communities what was available on global communities before (it's almost automatic to feel more comfortable by doing it in your "domestic" reality/language).
This is the main reason URCsA needs first to bypass the language barriers, involve the other community managers and VIP members, to share the various backstage intel found often quicker in smaller communities, and restore the desire again - or at least coordinating and automating the collection and distribution of all the important information, verified from the URCsA Team and propagated once verified to all the other communities (yes we are going to implement such kind of system to empower our goals and simplify the entire processes - where even if few members of URCsA will be too busy or going MIA, the project won't stop thanks to a flat, neutral hierarchy with enough vets to review/approve all the updates sent from the various collaborators of the domestic EU countries communities in a centralized system).
Someday, we may finally be part again of a huge community lead from passion, motivation for research, developments and sharing both scientific and sources information without putting only the financial/personale interests in front of the rest. Until then, we think this solution will allow to take the first steps in the right direction to achieve our goals with the current situation.

FAQ:

1) What are goals and purposes of URCsA?

The information provided in the communities regarding the legitimacy of RCs vendors are currently presenting huge differences and opinions.
Superlist of https://torhoo.cc/go.php?u=TDJRdmNtTnpiM1Z5WTJWeg==# is pretty accurate for US/CN, even if some extra notes should be added - but the situation in EU after LizardLabs raid is still adjusting and very confusing.

Additional confusion is caused from the several take down or closure of other Forums where the information were consolidated, and the community was much more active to verify vendors. In the same way, vendors were lab-testing / checking the products received before adding them to the shop.
Sadly several shops, even if they deliver, often the product is under-dosed, not the purity claimed or even not at all the chemical offered / close analogue, because they need to get rid of the stock of old batches.

There are other issues we prefer to not discuss for now. A solid contribution to this sub for an updated superlist with WW coverage, and propagate to all other external communities the same information, is expected within a few weeks.


2) Why should I believe URCsA / fresh Dread account? Is it a scam? What you gain from this?

You don' have to, actually there is no need either.
URCsA is just an entity made of RCs scene vets belonging to different communities where they have an healthy and established reputation.
This user will be vouched from other prominent dread mods/users tough, for the peace of your mind.

This kind of cooperation will solve the problem of the fragmented communities. URCsA will receive updated intel from external trusted and verified members (-NOT- vendors) living in different countries - overwatching all the changes and news spread domestic (especially in EU, where public or private forums in their native language are often used as primary channel for such updates).

All we want is clarity and truth, propagated to all communities and reaching out all members, in the way they can research safely, without getting scammed, reviewing and improving greatly the RCs scene under all aspect.

Even if you will find hard to believe, there are *still* people who believe in the net-etiquette, and they do not put their personal interest or financial interests before the well-being of the scene and communities.

Our ONLY goal is to improve the lists of RCs vendors by verifying through different methods and strategies the vendors (s. next point for details which criteria are evaluated) and keep monitoring the scene, providing updates when:
- Any change (add/remove/important warnings) in the URCsA approved vendors list will be made (confirmed and verified, not just rumors)
- Mislabeled, bad batches, harmful RCs (globally). We consider harmful RC compounds proven to have toxic, extremely caustic or carcinogenic properties in their pure form, OR if a legitimate RC has been laced with an harmful chemical.


3) How do you evaluate and decide if a vendor is legit? How can you be so sure?

We evaluate the following criteria:
- Products quality and description (not just evaluating a single or few product of the same class - the entire range of products offered must be consistent, ideally with a proper description or at least links / references)
- Shipping (Stealth, Carriers/Logistic, Delivery Time where delays are not caused from postal system or other private carriers)
- Communication and customers service (clear and respectful both ways, good reaction time)
- Fairness (no selective scam, no delivery of "similar" products or intentionally mislabeled, reshipping/refund policy)
- OPsec and few others minor criteria

URCsA members are not the main protagonist in buying and testing products - the members being veteran of the scene, having a very good network of connections, trusted reviewers, private contacts of shop owners, possibility of free lab-testing - can collect enough intel in this way. The purpose of URCsA having members of different communities where reviews and opinions are different, is to collect all the information and crosscheck / perform additional verification in case something is still unclear.

By merging the fragmented communities, the overall result and the value of trusted reviewers (quality over quantity, paid reviewers influence massively one or more communities and single trusted reviewers do not have the power of changing the flood of fake/paid reviews) will allow a much better clarity on the global scene. Of course we are not omnipotent and during changes for a short period of time the list could not be accurate, or a legit vendor may have a product that was mislabeled or bad quality - shit happens, but usually good vendors will refund or reship the legit product after fixing the issue.


4) I am a direct chemist-vendor / reseller with a trusted source, how can I join?

URCsA do not pro-actively promote vendors. The several communities are taking care of such processes already.
Since URCsA members monitor the global scene, when a vendor (maybe selling only in their community) is fulfilling the criteria of the previous point and he's active since more than 3 months and with a number large enough of successful shipments and verified / lab tested product(s) - an URCsA member will get in touch with you to ask if you want to be added to URCsA list (we will never add without consent any DD vendor or invite-only clearnet shop to respect the privacy), and after confirming internally with the other members, you will be added to the list. Members of URCsA of other communities will take care of propagating the update.

5) I'm a vet of RCs scene, this project sounds great! How can I help?

We just started with the coordination and collection / crosschecking tons of intel, this will be our main task for the next few weeks to release the first official list. USA/CA and CN Vendors established are already a good number, tough we will add some additional notes and consider to add smaller but absolutely legitimate vendors.

As stated previously, in EU there is a lot of work to re-verify vendors - many went rogue after LL raid, or are conducting shady business, other are still active but changed vending channels, etc.

If you consider yourself an expert of the RCs scene in EU, and/or you have a very good knowledge about what's going on in the RCs scene in your own country, especially if you are an admin/mod or very reputable member of a RCs forum/community available only in your language, you can leave a brief description here below (please no PM).
We will get in touch, and after confirming you are not just trying to leech sources spreading FUD or helping only for your personal/financial advantage -don't even waste your time trying to, it won't work- we will be glad to have some help indeed.

And no, we don't answer any PM asking already now about possible legit vendors. We are trying to help the entire scene without asking for any reward, therefore your best way to help if you have such questions is to test a small order and report on all communities you know writing a detailed review.
