Use of standard addresses and sub adresses : Monero | Torhoo darknet markets

What to do after you managed to get your XMR from exchange to XMR wallet. I understand it is advised to use middle wallets. Would it also work to use subadresses instead of new wallets without compromising opsec? What would be pros and cons of using subadresses vs multiple wallets?

For example:
Exchange > XMR Wallet #1 > subaddress #1 > Market
Exchange > XMR Wallet #1 > subaddress #2 > Market
Market > subadress #3 > XMR Wallet #1

Instead of:
Exchange > XMR Wallet #1 > XMR Wallet #2 > Market
or
Market > XMR Wallet #3 > XMR Wallet #1

You don't set a subadress for sending, only for receiving.
You can directly do
Exchange > XMR Wallet #1 > Market

Your sending address is always hidden.

You can use subadresses, but be careful about making transactions that use multiple coins from several adresses. With feather wallet you can spend only one coin, so it won't combine. You can also sweep first, but that still has a risk.
