User errors / Login issues / Account banned / Withdrawal blocked : Archetyp | Torhoo darknet markets

Hey,

99.9% of all errors on Archetyp are user errors, maybe more. If you think there is some error, write us a ticket and we can help you, dread users can not really do that besides telling you: "Hey, how about you write a ticket?"

Archetyp is a market that works, it just works. We have ~0% downtime and it will likely stay like this.
If you can not reach the market try to get a fresh mirror from https://archetyp.cc and then after your login visit /settings, grab a private mirror and save it and make sure to re-use it, as this will be the absolute best way to access the market.

Login issues
- Make always sure that you are on the correct mirror (verify the signed message and compare with YosemiteGhostWrite's PGP Public Key)
- Compare the URL you browse to and make sure it starts and ends the same way, as shown in the Captcha on Login
- Make sure to not confuse your login and display usernames.

Account banned
In case you got phished and we detect phishing attempts your account might get banned, in this case you can send us a support ticket with a different account to get it unbanned, please make sure to be on a real mirror of our market and then provide us as much information as possible: (Username (display+login), mirror you browsed, TXID of your last deposit, whatever else you know about your account)

Withdrawals blocked?
This only affects users, vendors can always withdraw as they usually not get phished. If we detect what looks like a phishing attempt but are not sure, your account does not get banned, but withdrawals get disabled instead for 10 days.

On every withdrawal, you start with the score: 0
-> Changed PIN / Password recently? +1
-> Changed PGP Public Key? +1
-> Cancelled order? +1
-> Recent deposit? +1
-> Suspicious account? +1

If your score is 2 or higher, we block your withdrawal.

Note: If you have withdrawn before to any address, you can always re-use this address to have instant withdrawals even if your score is 2 or higher!

Please use this and make sure to never re-use credentials among different markets!

Why did my account get banned?

If you are banned then you need to create a new Archetyp Market account, open a support ticket with it, and then explain in detail which account was banned, your actions prior to being banned, and request that your original account be reinstated.

Please tell us the Display name of the banned account, this will help get you unbanned very fast. Most bans happen by the system, e.g. if you use words like Telegram / Signal / WhatsApp or send too many messages in a short time frame as a new user.

So, if a person deposits to place a second order the next day or so, cancels it because the vendor is unreliable, and then buys something else, they will have money left over. What you're saying in this case is that they already have two strikes. They will be denied withdrawal of the remaining amount from the purchases. I foresee a wave of tickets. I'm not trying to flame Hitler baby, or anything, but the chances of legitimate action, as I laid out before, would be greater than phishing attempts. making more work for yourself

So what is the recourse if I cancelled an order and wanted to withdraw the funds from it. I have never changed my PGP key, the entire time the account has existed. Can i use that to confirm that i have not been phished or something? I have like 600 on there and i would really like to not have it in my onsite wallet..

Hey,
if you are below the score of 2, yes, else no - However if you ever withdrew any XMR before, you can always withdraw to the same XMR address without any issues.

When I log in with my real account it tells me the username or password is wrong which can't be... I try to log in with a new account where I just created the password with the username it also tells me it's wrong!! So I can't open a ticket with another account!!

Always use pgp to encrypt your shipping info. If you lose your pgp private key and have 2-FA enabled you will lose access to your account. Be sure to make a backup of your pgp key pair to a safe place.
