User feedback and feature request sticky post : DrugHub | Torhoo darknet markets

As we do our best to make our users experience as seamless and pleasant as possible we are making a post asking for user feedback and feature requests. This post is for both both customers and vendors.

What we won't do so please don't ask:

- Disable end to end encryption or add "autoencrypt" which technically is the same as saving messages plaintext.

- Implement Bitcoin. If you want to pay by Bitcoin you can use a service like:
kycnot.me
trocador.app
orangefren.com
Or any other non-KYC, instant exchange, we don't care where your XMR is coming from as log as we get it. If we receive your payment within 3 hours all good, if we receive it after that you can use Late Payment Recovery option under Support, within 5 days.
If you come back later than 5 days and your invoice is deleted or you double deposit thanks, you made a donation.

- Enable "hot wallets". Withdrawals will always be processed within 24 hours.

Things we are working on and will be live soon:

- New frontpage.

- Featured listings.

- Sticky listings based on subcategory.

- Vendor API similar to WHM but with more features.

Please add your thoughts and ideas in a comment here, we can't promise everything will be implemented but everything will be taken into consideration.

What you should not comment:
- Bug reports. Bug reports only on market support system.
- Any support request. Support only on market.
- Anything not related to feature requests and user feedback.

We appreciate your feedback.

Reviews should include text, rather than being limited to numerical ratings of a few categories. Also, reviews should be visible under each product listing.

This is definitely the biggest gap that the market does not have as you can't tell what others are saying about individual products.

Please add a "average time to delivery" information on the vendor page somewhere (like Archetyp has it)

Interesting, we could take the time between order and release (only by customer not by AF timer) and do an average of that.
It would be a guesstimate because not all customers finalize the same day their pack lands and FE orders would be excluded because they are released as soon as vendor accepts them. For FE orders review date could be used.

You could ask for the delivery time in the feedback. Some older market had this, I think it was Hansa.

Yes, that would be really good. When the buyer finalizes the order, he should be asked to disclose the del. time.
If af-timer: include the avg. time of del, in the "Review Order" section.

Maybe add more filtering options for example if somebody want's to search after all psychedelics sold from a specific country or region (EU | USA), they currently have to search through each psychedelic compound.
And the Region EU would be nice too.

Regional search is available in Advanced Search and EU is included.

Usually customers look for specific products but searching by a drug category can be considered.

Messaging before order
Messaging after order- reply and quick reply? Reply does not show after creating it. Maybe that is normal or maybe it means something else?
Have vendor list the timer before purchase as it often differs highly from listed delivery.
Average accept time
Average delivery time
Rules around cancelling, list somewhere.
The moon. Please get all this and the moon.

Can we get an option to run promo codes at all? We've got one live on another site but doesn't look like I can do it on yours.

The options to view all vendor listings, report vendors, contact vendors, and add to favourites should be placed at the top. Every time someone wants to check a vendor’s products or send a message, they have to scroll through all the reviews first.

Each product should have its own reviews displayed underneath it. Currently, buyers must go to the vendor’s profile page and manually search through all product reviews.

The review system is also a bit confusing. For example, if a vendor is selling an item titled “LSD 100ug” and later changes the title to “LSD 100ug Free Shipping,” the reviews from the original listing are not associated with the updated one. It treats “LSD 100ug Free Shipping” as a completely new item.

There should be a review filter that allows buyers to sort reviews by rating. For example:
0–20% = Very Bad
20–40% = Bad
40–60% = OK
60–80% = Good
80–100% = Excellent

Additionally, there should be an option to display more than 10 reviews per page.

Fair point, on the to do list.
Each product should have its own reviews displayed underneath it. Currently, buyers must go to the vendor’s profile page and manually search through all product reviews.

This is hit or miss. Listings may not stick around as long as vendors do, listings are often removed, added or edited.

Same as the above, vendors may remove listings, add new ones or use the edit function to add a completely different product.
There should be a review filter that allows buyers to sort reviews by rating. For example:
0–20% = Very Bad
20–40% = Bad
40–60% = OK
60–80% = Good

Another good point.
Additionally, there should be an option to display more than 10 reviews per page.

There is. Under guest settings - items per page or if logged in under account settings.

Thank you for taking the time to read my comment. What I meant regarding the reviews filter is that there should be a way for buyers to view only negative reviews about vendors. Typically, buyers are more interested in the negative feedback than the positive, as it’s often the most informative. Unfortunately, there is currently no option to filter for negative reviews only. One has to scroll through all the reviews to find the negative ones.

We do read all comments on this post even if some suggested features may take longer to implement.
You are 100% right on this because the negative reviews may have different reasons. A bad review because of slow shipping is different to a bad review on product quality IMO.

We've spoken about it before, but my feature request is to have the option to use threshold bulk options instead of fixed quantity bulk.

Fixed quantity bulk works well for some categories but I think there are other categories where being able to give discounts at thresholds is more useful than just bulk package options.

ex:
Qty 1-4: base price
Qty 5-14: Discount Tier 1 price
Qty 15-29: Discount Tier 2 price
Qty 30+: Discount Tier 3 price

Fixed quantity should still be an option but being able to choose would be helpful. could offer the vendor the ability to set the thresholds themselves, and either specify a % discount per tier or just the price per unit in that tier. thanks!

For sure. I think my pain point now is that I regularly have buyers who have funds for lets say hypothetically 17. I have bulk options at lets say 10 and 20 then there's no way to give the buyer the discounted price for 10 for all 17, they'd end up with 10 at the discount and 7 and full price..definitely not ideal...and no way i can add a bulk option for every single quantity.

Looking forward to seeing this and other improvements

When using advanced search and you select a country for 'Shipping to', it doesn't show the listings that are shipping 'worldwide', even though 'worldwide' includes the country selected. I think it would be better for vendors and users if when you search for a specific country it shows 'worldwide' listings too. 'Shipping from' can be used to select where to ship from, but if looking for all listings that will ship to a country, the worldwide listings will also ship to that country.

Worldwide is explicit, Any includes all countries.
If a listing is set to ship from Colombia to Mexico it won't show under Worldwide but under Any. If a listing is set to ship from Colombia to Worldwide will show under Worldwide.

Problem Statement:
This is really happening to me right now**
- I have 2 orders, with separate vendors (2,000) dollars total in orders.
- First order is 8 days old and the second is 4 days old,
- Neither of them have created shipping labels as I can see through Informed Delivery,
--- which I have personally found to be extremely reliable the past year.
*In this situation I have absolutely no recourse other than pestering the vendor (which of course vendors absolutely hate).*

Feature/ my thoughts about a solution:
- Vendor must provide evidence that order was actually shipped before starting the Escrow timer can start. (This would be internal not exposed through the UI but available to admins).
-- Implementation could be complex and time consuming I get that but the concept itself is very straight forward, at least for US to US orders. The vendor is required to upload tracking info could be one example, others might be, photos of the package with the buyers ship label exposed and visible.
-- You can still enforce a policy of not allowing buyers to 'see' the tracking number until some period of time has passed (8 or 15 days).
But the import thing is that DrugHub Admins would be able to:
1. easily confirm order status.
2. Determine actionable resolutions, in the event that a user believes their package has not been shipped.
3. Prevent outright fraud.

One time only "get out of jail free" card that can be used when you mess up and have lost coin cuz reading is hard.

Not exactly a shitpost... I'm just bitter and poor ... I get the market not wanting to deal with petty BS all the time this is just such a hard line stance, I just wish there was like a ONE TIME ONLY WARNING or something.

"HEY STUPID, YOU'RE STUPID AND HERE'S WHY, BUT BECAUSE WE'RE NOT COMPLETELY TERRIBLE PEOPLE WE'LL FIX IT THIS ONE TIME, BUT IF THERE'S A NEXT TIME YOU'RE SCREWED" kinda thing...

So, "Heh, I sent my crypto to the wrong address, so can you give me some free crypto?"

I can agree that a one time "Ooops, I sent it to the previous address" feature would be nice. I don't know how long the addresses are held for, but if it were me running the market, I'd make sure money sent to old addresses was sent to me. So as a one-off accidental reuse, sure why not? Helps newbies too.

Hi guys,

Feature Request:

For vendors could you add an option for 'Max Items per Order'? I have not seen an option like this when listing.

Can I limit a customer to 2 or 3 items per purchase? This helps with customers who are newbies and scammers.

e.g. I only have 4 bags of product left and I want to limit purchases like 'Max 2 per Customer.'

From a vendor perspective the market should implement a buyer blacklist.

That way if someone has a shitty or scammy customer they can be blacklisted from future purchases.

Im sure vendors would appreciate being able to blacklist scammy buyers
/u/DrugHub 📢 P Staff

What would be the point ? They can always create a new account and start over, it's basically a useless feature.

One decent way to blacklist a customer would be to blacklist their address, without actually saving it. Correct the address, save it to upper case on one line, hash it and save the hash to a list. If subsequent order address hash is on that list, reject the order.

Example:

echo -n "1600 PENNSYLVANIA AVE NW WASHINGTON DC 20500" | sha256sum
f3168d1351dd5b5207213ad1479c6d0b715e10edb01c2de414011ae3f500d82c

Save the address hash without saving the real address, and it can easily be scripted.

Some vendors also save customer details (encrypted or plaintext) even if they shouldn't.
/u/0verdosed

I guess that is a fair point. I also have dealt with the type of people who either have numerous accounts or will create new accounts.

So I get where you are coming from with that perspective

The hash aspect would be a good solution too :)

ive been searching for this. not being able to see who is giving negative reviews hurts. someone keeps buying piddly amounts and then saying they didnt receive the product and leaving negative reviews. its hurting my average and I cant figure out what address is doing it. i wouldnt even need to store the address I could just remember the street name and city.

But there are bad vendors too. One well-known vendor messed me around for over a week (I'd paid extra for Special Delivery NDD). "Yes mate, it should be there". Refusing to release tracking. So I changed my previous review to a 0 on comms (that should get their attention!). They lost their shit, shouted at me, but shipped an order.... when I opened it? A load of dog biscuits.

I mean, I was a bit petty. But they were out of order. Would I deserve to be blacklisted?

Another dealer would regularly accept an order (with Track 24 (NDD/2DD). Then mark it shipped the next day. Only for it to arrive after I leave it a few days and ask where it is - suddenly arrived next day (I checked the tracking, they only shipped when asked). This happened to plenty of punters. We got told not to order anymore because our 4/5 on comms was lowering their score. 4/5 isn't bad. Would this mean I should go on a blacklist?
I have two suggestions for the vendor dashboard:
1. Everytime I accept and process an order, I get a notification. This is annoying and useless, as it appears the second I click the button. It is a non-event that clogs my notifications.
2. A share button for my listings would be cool that gets me the /listing/xxx link that I can share with customers. Especially for private/hidden listings. Right now you have to click "view listing", copy the link and manually change it from /listings to /listing, what took me some time to find out :)

Thanks for your outstanding work.

1. True, it was designed for vendors who use employee accounts, if I was a vendor I would like to get notified about what my employees are doing, even if I can check employee logs. It will also work with the upcoming API when you will get those notifications live on your desktop. We will make some notifications customizable as more vendors complained but some will still be hardcoded like new order, new dispute, staff notification and such.

2. When you add / edit a listing you get a direct link for it that you can share. Also all you need to share with your customer is the listing id, they can go to the front page, paste the listing id in the appropriate box and hit Go. But yes, more clarification is needed on this matter on the add/edit listing page.

Thanks for your feedback.

very interesting ..I am about to launch a market here soon and a couple other pretty big projects about to come online this week or so. But for the market i was thinking of doing something with api's like this but kinda of chickened out on it. Just because last time a market did anything with api's it went bad. Went a different way ill show case some of it this week on a project dropping.. it could even rival dread if done well enough. anyways good luck with the api , take care. big balls with the api stuff tho.

WHM had an API which worked very well, this one is similar but with extras. The nice part is the provided client is merely a demonstration, vendors can hire devs to write their own clients if they wish to do so. Client will obviously be open source.

I’ve already shared a few suggestions, and I’d like to add a new one that I’ve seen implemented on some newer markets like Mars and Black Ops. It would be great if DrugHub could integrate data from DarkNet Trust. Mars and Black Ops currently display data from DarkNet Trust, allowing buyers to view all sales and feedback from other markets.

I’m sure this is probably already in the works, or maybe it isn’t, but I really think having a market forum would be a neat addition to the current market infrastructure. It would prove useful and serve well, especially if, God forbid, Dread goes down for an extended period of time.

I haven’t seen this feature requested yet, which is why I’m bringing it up. The idea of having a central place where market users can interact, vendors with their buyers, and the market with users (beyond the standard market announcements) would be very valuable.

Just my two cents, keep up the fantastic effort. /u/DrugHub
