From what I am seeing other then mailing in cash to someone on bisq in exchange for xmr, you will need to go from fiat to xmr using a bank or debit card transfer. Which is linked to you..in the worst way. Im sure its because of xmr being xmr but how is purchasing xmr from a debit card or bank transfer safe? Can I buy a prepaid debit card with cash and use that on the exchange?

The way I understand it once you purchase monero and move it from the exchange its untraceable.
