Vendor Account Limited by Error - Message to our Customers : AlphaBay | Torhoo darknet markets
Hi. Our vendor account was erroneously limited by the new "antiphishing system", despite only ever using our private vendor mirror. This error occured after paying for stickied listing and after requesting a withdrawal. There was nothing we did to make the system believe we were using a phishing address.
Our listings are all locked
and our escrowed funds are completely locked up. We opened a ticket and were told we need to provide a password reset/account recovery key that we do not have. I'm not sure that we were provided a account recovery key upon account creation (we created our account very early when AB first announced re-opening), as we don't have one on record. We have verified our identity with support with PGP, recent deposit addresses/tx ids, and vendor private mirror. We've requested the issue be escalated to

We're hoping that this can be resolved quickly, so please be patient and keep in mind that we are still here just awaiting our account being unlocked. All orders have been shipped, despite the funds being locked up and possibly lost.
