I almost pulled the trigger on them but went with streetpharmacy at the last minute. Let us know how it goes with em, their prices on #4 look great.

From my understanding from the reviews on Dream, customers say its tar.

I'm fine with that, if its quality tar for this price; it beats any other vendor IF it is of quality.

/u/TomDanks it is tar infact. DO NOT snort this unless you make monkey water and I apologize but I cannot do that, I just smoke a few hits and on my way and I only use every 4 months or so. Only for 3 days straight maximum.

And yes, it took over 60 grand in rehabs to get to where I can use heroin and have control over it.
