vendors marking as shipped but not shipping for over a week : DarkNetMarkets | Torhoo darknet markets

Is this normal? Ive been using dnms for like 6 years and i have never experienced this much of a wait time for most of my orders. The getting marked as shipped and not shipping for multiple days or even a week is what sorta annoys me. I get it they probably have a lot of orders going out but the amount of communication and information some of these vendors supply is close to zero, and the same ones who don't communicate are the ones that are taking forever to ship.I had an order marked as shipped for over two weeks, constantly messaging the vendor for an update and i guess he forgot to send it and never even read any of my messages and i had to dispute the order. A little communication can go a long way. Am i just complaining and impatient or has the customer care just went down. there are still some awesome vendors out there who communicate and get my package to me in 2-4 days so im just curious on anyone else's opinion. i also got a wrong order and the vendor has not even opened my message for 6 days and i cant dispute for another like 5, im just having bad luck recently

it happens when they have many orders, they mark them as shipped or just accepted to avoid losing those orders, and then they send them when they feel like it :) and in the summer we already know that we have to give extra days for the orders to arrive

just now
but not responding to messages at all? even if they messed something up? customer service as a whole is on a decline i understand that they dont want to lose orders but its disrespectful and dishonest to mark as shipped and me wait over a week when i would rather spend my money with. u usually use stix dr and my package lands in like 3-4 days everytime. i tried using a vendor with even less open sales and no response for over a week lol

This is fairly common, vendors sometimes mark items as "shipped" early when they know the actual shipping date, to help move things along on their end. However, if delays occur, it can leave you at a disadvantage. That said, the order should still ship as expected. In situations like this, clear communication is especially important.

It's going around lately lol. I finally got a label after a few days then it moved a day or two later.
Cool thing about DH is you can see how many open orders the vendor has and that's an indication of how busy they are(and why some don't reply to messages as quickly as others) and if they're solo or have a small crew to help. And considering TWO markets went away in a couple months there's been a lot of influx to these other markets so they're not just getting migrants but brand new user orders too.
So just try and use vetted vendors and be patient.
