Vendors never opening messages? : DrugHub | Torhoo darknet markets

I don't know how it works on the vendor's side, but any time I've needed to contact a vendor about an order they've never opened my message. Currently have an order where I got sent the wrong thing, and the vendor hasn't read my message after nearly 48hrs despite accepting new orders since then. Any way to deal with a situation like this?

What vendor is it? Seems to be something more common on DrugHub than other markets. I think it is lazy vendors not wanting to deal with the forced PGP.

I didn't include the vendor name in the initial post because I didn't want it to sound like an accusation against them specifically, because multiple vendors have never opened my messages on DrugHub. It's urlocalplug and I ordered ket and received MDMA instead. The MDMA looks phenomenal, one of those purple batches, but I don't take stimulants anymore so I've just been trying to get in contact with them to see what I can do to resolve this and get the ket that I originally ordered.

Does the vendor have access to your public PGP key? If not he will not be able to respond to your messages on DrugHub

yeah that's all linked up on my profile, the issue is that they haven't even opened my message let alone replied. this happened with another vendor earlier this month when my order was MIA , and then it showed up and like a week later they opened my message

Hmmm... In that case its just the vendor being lazy in my opinion. While it is a big hassle having to decrypt all of the messages i do feel like us vendors need to provide proper communication to our customers.

to be honest, as vendor, it's headach to check all pgp message.

It's nearly impossible to follow a discussion with customer after 3 or 4 pgp messages. we have dozen messages everyday, we can't remember all, and more important, we can't decrypt all the discussion everytime we want to answer. Also drughub UI is not the best to do this.

the way to force vendors and customers to use PGP message is, to my opinion not the good way.

I wonder if a sort of rolling PGP could help with this.

Some mechanism to make it such that every time a message is added, the whole chat long is encrypted (except things like addresses which would have a second pgp layer), instead of each message being individually encrypted.

They could do it with an autoencrypt system. Manual encryption for private info, with autoencryption encrypting the whole chat log with every message (since the security isn't that important).

I'm having similar problems, I can't communicate with a vendor at all and have order problems/questions. I don't normally have to message a vendor but this time I did and they can't reply except with those "quick reply" things that don't help anything
