unfortunately there are not a lot of offers on haveno, especially if you are new, dont own any monero and have to set the "No deposit" filter. If i add my desired currency (euros) there are 3 offers left. Well... is this normal? I thought that platform was somewhat popular tbh.

get BTC out of some DEX -> change somewhere for XMR (I use majesticbank.is ) .. then you have xmr for deposits. Once you get deposiit you shouldn't have issues with haveno, plents offers for EUR.

Haveno is still very small compared to other DEXes. I would suggest you to find a local trading group or to use Bisq.
Those two options will surely solve your issue.
When it will come to swap the coins, if needed, I can recommend trocador. It's an aggregator you can use to compare rates, swap times and KYC levels.
