I just used this feature. You can cancel your order all the way till they read it. Then if they read it they have 72 hours to mark shipped or it auto cancels.

Tell all your vendors to go there or you won't buy from them.

Bear in mind that some vendors (like myself) don't click "Read Order" until we're ready to ship, since it un-highlights it and stuff. I only found out like a day ago that customers could even see that!
