2 hours a go i did a BTC and XMR withdrawal and both say complete but none have shown in my wallets outside the market

If I were doing an exit I would let those small amounts - or at least some - go through. Believe that's how Bohemia did it.

The one thing a market has to get right. Though a bank run shouldn't matter in the long term so long as the admins aren't leveraged and everyone gets their money. But in the short term it brings business to a halt as buyers and sellers are afraid to tie up funds and product. I'll hope it's not an exit unless I see Dread getting start getting DDOS'd then all bets are off.

I did 3 withdraws from 3 different accounts. Each a different sized withdrawal. None arrived. Its not selective its every transaction in the last 6 hours
