I have no idea what you are talking about but Wickr should not be trusted or used, it sets a horrible precedence and legit any nobody can set one up in seconds and begin scamming.

I agree with you about scammers using it but someone who was not a scammer wanted to tell me private info via wickr so that it could not be copied and saved. He said that it supposedly gives a black screen if you try to screen shot it which I wondered how that would work so when I tried to screen shot our conversation I sent him back a pic of it and he was upset and said that he would never use wickr again.

If you screenshot a message in iwckr it notifies the other party a screenshot was taken. Also a photo isn't going to hold up in court if a detective didn't see it happen on a device on in real time due to the nature of it can't be proved it happened.

In my case the dude did not want me to have the ability to screenshot our conversation and share with my friends, wanted it to be only between us, nothing as important as legal issues. I just wanted him to realize that he was mistaken in his belief that it was not possible to screen shot it

You can't TRUST anyone. Always be prepared to lose money.

Otherwise, cross reference reviews and different markets as much as possible to evaluate vendors. If a vendor has a strong reputation across multiple markets and forums and continues beyond market exit scams, they MIGHT be a "better choice"...

EmpireMarket vendor "darkbusiness" uses wickr lol, have heard a few times that he is a scammer and his "legit" vendor account is "lookabove" but I dont know either one so I cant judge, just shit i've been told by a few customers.
